RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. All supplement purchases at nusentia.com are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with any supplement you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund including shipping and handling (domestic USA only) contact us within 60 days of the shipment date of your purchase.
Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 60 days from your date of purchase. We are sorry, but we cannot refund shipping paid on international orders.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Before you ship us your opened or unopened product, you must email us at customerservice@Nusentia.com within 60 days of the shipment date of your purchase to tell us the reason for the return. After we receive your email, we will send you an RAF number and further instructions regarding return instructions. Orders returned without an RAF number will NOT be refunded.
POLICY INCLUSIONS AND EXCEPTIONS:

1 unopened package of any product is eligible for return. 2 or more opened canisters of the same product will not be refunded. Packages received without an RAF number will not be tracked nor refunded.

We never store credit card information. All transactions and payment information are processed offsite by Authorize.net or Paypal.

Orders that are suspected of being made by fraudulent means will be cancelled and refunded to the credit card used for purchase.
PAYMENT, PRICING, AND PROMOTIONS
In the event that an Nusentia product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Nusentia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Nusentia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Nusentia shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
